Shipping Within Canada

At Home Cozy Nest, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Shipping Rates

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $9.99 CAD anywhere in Canada.

  • Free Shipping: Available on all orders of $99 CAD or more (before taxes and after discounts).


Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1 business day.

Orders placed before our daily cut-off time are typically shipped the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on statutory holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Please note that processing times may vary slightly during peak seasons, holidays, or promotional events.


Delivery Times for Products Shipped from Canada

We generally ship orders quickly from our Canadian distribution centers located in Montreal (MTL) and Toronto (TOR).

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Quebec & Ontario (Windsor–Quebec Corridor)

1 to 2 business days

Atlantic Provinces & Western Canada

3 to 5 business days

Remote Areas & Territories

5 to 10 business days

These delivery estimates apply to most products stocked and shipped directly from Canada.


Delivery Times for Imported Products

Some specialty products, including certain blankets and home décor items sourced from international suppliers, may require additional transit time.

Internationally Shipped Products

5 to 15 business days

Estimated delivery times vary depending on product availability, customs processing, and destination.

Whenever applicable, product pages will indicate if a product is shipped from outside Canada.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to become active.


Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier service interruptions

  • Customs clearance processes

  • High-volume shipping periods

  • Remote delivery locations

Home Cozy Nest cannot guarantee delivery dates and is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order.

Home Cozy Nest is not responsible for delays, additional shipping charges, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at:

We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and help find an appropriate resolution.
