Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

At Home Cozy Nest, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you experience an issue with your order, we will work with you to find the best possible solution.

Returns may be accepted under the following circumstances:

Accepted Return Reasons

Defective Product
If a product arrives defective or develops a manufacturing defect, the item may be eligible for repair, replacement, or refund, subject to manufacturer verification and warranty policies.

Order Fulfillment Error
If you receive an incorrect item due to an error during order preparation, we will arrange a replacement or provide an appropriate solution at no additional cost.

Lost Shipment
If your order is confirmed lost by the carrier and cannot be delivered, we will investigate the issue and provide a replacement or refund when applicable.

Customer Ordering Error
If an incorrect product was ordered by the customer, a return request may be accepted. In such cases, a 20% restocking fee may apply. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be obtained before returning any item.

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging whenever possible.

  • Returned products must be in resalable condition unless the return is due to a verified defect.

  • Unauthorized returns may be refused and returned to the sender.


Return Request Period

The standard period for requesting a return is 30 days from the invoice date.

However, return eligibility may vary depending on the product category and manufacturer policies.

Important Notes

Ordering Errors
Customers are encouraged to submit return requests as soon as possible. Requests made within the first 15 days after delivery generally allow for faster processing.

Defective Products
Certain products may be covered by manufacturer warranties that extend beyond the standard 30-day return period. In these situations, warranty terms provided by the manufacturer may apply.


Return Authorization Process

Before returning any item, please contact our customer support team with:

  • Your order number

  • Product information

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the product (if applicable)

Once approved, you will receive return instructions and an RMA number.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.

Restocking fees, shipping charges, and any non-refundable costs will be deducted when applicable.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Products showing signs of misuse or damage caused after delivery

  • Products returned without original packaging when required

  • Clearance, final sale, or specially ordered items

  • Certain hygiene-related products where applicable
